Flowers, flowers everywhere was inspired by a fallen tree, which bloomed beautifully after lightning had struck it down.

Flowers, flowers everywhere was commissioned by the Finnish Harpists Association. It was premiered at the Helsinki Music Center during the Finnish Harpists Association's concert at the Helsinki Harp Festival on February 6 2026.

Warm thanks to the Sibelius Fund of the Finnish Composers' Association and the Finnish Cultural Foundation for their support, which made the composition of the work and the collaboration with harpists and harp teachers possible.
