Laiva on lastattu is an exciting collection of Finnish traditional games connected to music. The movements can be performed separately and the ensemble may vary from 5-7 players to 100 players. I wanted to encourage kantele players to get to know wonderful contemporary techniques for kantele, which are rich in color and expression.

I chose texts with strong emotional charge and immediate feeling of 'presence' - ambiguous yet direct without mince words or elaborations. Tram trip installation
A ghost tram drove in Tampere Keskustori when the idea of building a rail was a hot potato in Tampere. Cityinstallation was executed with Jussi Suonikko and was performed in Tampere Biennale 2016. It was also a part of Tampere 240 - art happening in 27.9.–6.10.2019.
